You'll be alright wee son. "May the Faith be with you"
Well, after three years of rededicating my life to Jesus Christ, a man walked into my place of work and said, "Anyone play guitar, or something to that effect," and I just put my hand up and in my heart said "Lord use me." I didn't have a clue what I was going to be asked to do, so I said yeh and stepped out in Faith. The Ned Kelly Band then embarked on a nine date tour of the French Riviera.

| You see my prodigal son years which took me away from God led me to play venues in different counties, countries and continents. I'll not bore you with all the non-glorifying details, but I was far away from God's plan for my life, and far away from home. It is wonderful when I look back to see how God protected me from addictions e.g. alcohol, drugs and suicide (not to say it wasn't a hard struggle). His commitment to me is always there, it was me who walked away from him. Sorry Lord.
I now have a wonderful relationship with my Jesus, my saviour, my family and friends - and have an opportunity to use my gift of guitar and voice to testify and glorify my King. If you have walked away from Jesus - remember he is always waiting with his arms wide open full of love to receive you home and to give you more than you could ever wish for or dream of.
JEREMIAH CH 29 V 11 - 14 (N.I.V) “For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the LORD, "and will bring you back from captivity."
(THE MESSAGE) “I'll show up and take care of you as I promised and bring you back home. I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for. When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I'll listen. When you come looking for me, you'll find me. Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I'll make sure you won't be disappointed.” God's Decree.
